An eternity has passed since our first smile
Convince yourself otherwise
And find yourself longing in perpetual denial
Floating by like the baby Moses
Plucked by a queen
From within the great Nile
Chosen to lead
Hearts to freedom
From locoest, to darkness, to dead infantile
Adapted first from fish, with no scales, to lizards of apelike tongued reptiles

You are all wrong for each other
I am all wrong for myself
Self pity is torturous
Finger nails pulled
Electric voltage
Never a shortage
Not a smidgen
Of depressed storage
A watery portrait
A painted pulpit
From which to shout
Messages to nomads
Mescaline of movement
Hermits, yet reclusive
Stoic, yet harmfully, and sorely intrusive
Don’t go anywhere
Stayed glued to your lazy t.v sets
Sit in your nasty mess
Lay in the made bed you first furnished to undress
The initial caress
The slowness
Hand up your dress
A pandering to deep breathes
Demanding nothing less
Then utter perfection from the best
And so you shall be blessed

Your smile stains
Figments of imagination
I rely on love to fall asleep
So I stay alert
With watchful eyes
An earful of goodbyes
A tear fell to the sky
Softly taken
Beyond the stars
Into the dying sunrise
