[title] => A long Walk for this tired soul
[time] => 2006-03-01 21:41:40
[hometext] =>
[bodytext] => Im tired, walking down a path
whose end i will arrive at soon.
I have seen the end
and yet I walk
as if it has not crossed my mind.
Feet and mind weary,
heart to be broken,
enjoying a few more ticks of happiness.
Until the clock strikes
an arrow into my soul
I will travel this path
whose end I know well.
Until the sun meets ground,
and darkness with wings spread,
Encompasses our bodies
I shall walk this path evermore.
Dials spin in endleess circles,
spinning out of control
spiraling down
to the end of time.
Sands of time,
empty,
apathetic for what we have come to.
Tears push their way
down tired eyes,
hitting earth
with the weight of lost souls,
lost faces with names unkown
crying out for an eternity.
I see their hollow eyes
staring back at me,
haunting what I have become.
