SCHOOL, BABY! BAND! //00T!, so that should clear up some (some) questions about what this is about. [bodytext] => falling down a single shaft
dragged up with the best of us
scuffing shoes on vinyl floors
looking out the window, now.

faces pass and handshakes flash
whirring down the hallways of our lives,
don't forget me.

bold blue stripes are flashing through
what I almost, almost thought was real.
a garbled page then hits the floor
and echoes with the music of our year.
don't forget me or I'll die.

somebody's breathing
oh, I can hear
devoted heathen,
please light my way
I'm here.
