thesaurus

I love that we have a dictionary on here now, and I also love the idea of a rhyming dictionary, and my suggestion is that we also have a thesaurus. I don't know about everyone else, but when I write, I constantly refer to my handy dandy thesaurus. I live by them. I don't know what I'd do without one. And I think it'd be a good idea to have one on here. Just my suggestion.

i agree, if its possible i think it would be a great idea, i dont have a thesaurus and i've never had one but i sometimes feel like i'm using the same words over and over again, also it could be good for the site in terms of pages being viewed which i know is good from the sponsorship point of view

yes that was an excellent idea. i assumed this site had a dictionary, thesarus, and a rhyming dictionary basically since it was created and i found out that that notion was wrong. this poetry site reminds me of a democracy in a way. we are the reps and mick is monarchial type person. of course we dont have to go through all the checks and balances. =]

is there ever going to be spell check on this site? or am i blind and ignorant and never seen it?

Yes, i use a Thesaurus too.
I use the one on http://thesaurus.reference.com/ if anyone needs one....
But it would be brilliant if we had one on the site too..
There is a spell check on your 'Submit Poetry' page...when you first preview a poem, under the entry box there is a bit that says "Allow Moderators to edit for SPELLING?" Just check the box..
