($1000.00) = 4 total yearly first prizes, ($500.00) = 4 total yearly second prizes, ($300.00) = 4 in total yearly 3rd prizes. Top 13 authors per quarter (52) will receive a free copy of yearly anthology book with winners publication. $1800.00 yearly in prizes money will be awarded broken up over 4 quarters.
