EMOTIONS
emotions i go thru daily whould turn a warm hearted cold
i've developed a love for pain in vain
so am insane
or am i just old?

Nah i think your going through a standstill and like sugar said everyone goes through that .. we all feel that way at times so your not alone.
things will change give it time.. maybe this is the time for you to collect things and record your feelings or lessons of your life..

NO, I dont think your old or insane. Emotions are what keep us alive, even the uncomfortable ones.
Ill give you an example, the past several weeks have been incredibly hard. I usually dont cry, if I do it takes alot before I do and and its very short lived. I have cried nonstop for almost the entire length of this three weeks, so not like me. I think when things go untended and swept under the rug they will eventually come out, the bodies form of release. It can either come in the form of anger, sadness, crying, health problems, headaches, stomache problems a cold. Its like spring cleaning. We need to address our emotions on a regular basis or they get stuffed somewhere below the surface.
We spring clean our homes to make them fresh and dust free. Sometimes our mind and body will spring clean itself by way of emotion or illness to rid us of excess baggage we have been stuffing away.
DOnt worry, it will pass and things will look bright once again. Im always around if you need someone to talk to.
