Over Used Titles
Whats over used, almost annoyingly so, titles that you have seen or used?

"beautiful" is the first one that pops into my head just coz I think I actually have 2 poems of my own with that title. lol. there's lots though, but i don't currently have the mental capacity to think of any

Heh, I hadn't thought of that one. The two that i think most prominantly come to my mind, are Sanity and Insanity. I've read and written so many poems with those titles...

lol, I guess I would say "hope," because recent stuff I write I want to title it that, but since I've already written a poem with that title I've been finding my self grabbing a thesaurus...

You know what I find funny about that "Untitled" one...
"Untitled Poem" was actually the name of my poem because it was about how an untitled poem felt, but everyone kept trying to give me a name for it *giggles*
SO yeah, that really is overused, we should really think about what to title a poem before we post it so it's not overused

reality has been used twice by me. i think there are a lot of what if? titled out there. and i must say that almost all what if poems i hate. in most of my comments on those poems, im like, "what if you stopped wondering and found out".
but i hate the untitled poems. i have lots of poems that i have a hard time naming, but i somehow name it....even if it would win the worst title competition. actually the what if would win that contest...

Theres alot of words that are over use for poems.
I am sure most of the title for my poems are like over too.lol

i have one with that title and soon realized that many others did as well. but unlike some other people (at lest on another site) i try not to over use the word 'crimson' in fact thats the first time ive used it in my poetry
