Matador's Last Fight

Contributed by NoSaint on Saturday, 22nd July 2006 @ 07:06:06 PM in AEST
Topic: eroticpoetry

Her robe falls to the floor
Underneath nothing but skin
Porcelain smooth velvet
And a fire that burned within

His pants removed in haste
Torn in fast escape
The heat of a battle to be won
He lays her on his cape

A red rose adorns her hair
The one she did not throw
He removes the flower
Basking in her glow

More powerful than the bull
As he pierces between her thighs
He sees the wonder of each stroke
Resounding in her brown eyes

The conquest is complete
As she rides the tidal wave
He would rather win the Senora
Than fight the bull brave

El Matador has one more
Battle he must now fight
For her husband will chase
Him down before the end of night

Now he lay in blood
A sword tore at his side
For when a famous gigolo
There is nowhere to hide

The Irony....well-written you choose a great character indeed. El Matador the kniving swindler type you should expand the poem more you could really go further with this character. Brilliant, loved the rhyme scheme Great write!!
