THIS WAS NOT LOVE ! no no no. 1966

This was not love I cried NO NO NO

Over and over again its not right

And then the guilt WHY I could not fight

All these year later Nightmares of that night

Innocence Stolen in a brutal way

40years later seems like yesterday

Damage done not wrote about till today

But through all these years continued to pray

This was not love I cried No No No

I still feel Robbed it was not to be

13 years married with my family

My 3 sons had all the love i had to spare

But a womans love not known.

IT JUST WAS NEVER THERE.

Maybe I can put it behind me now

Here's to hoping you can, mate. What's done is done. Hold your head high knowing that you did the best you could to cope at that time and you are now a stronger person for it.
