ANGRY TODAY

Contributed by lemmen on Sunday, 16th October 2005 @ 04:56:04 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

I'm so angry today,

I guess I just want people

to hear what I have to say.

Just don't sit there and,

Listen to what I say,

Feel what I say,

See what I have to say.

I keep saying it and saying it

and it falls on deaf ear's.

No one want's to hear the truth

about the land of the free.

It isn't free for you or me

anymore.

Sure this is the

world's greatest country

to me.

I'm proud of this land,

I was born here,

Raised here,

I'm American boy.

I'm just tired of the stupid law's.

Of the stupid president's,

Of the stupid people that

make law's,

Of the stupid people that

enforce stupid law's.

Look at all the outlaw's we got.

We got more people in prison

than we do on the streets.

Because they broke some stupid

law.

I know you know there are some

law's we need.

BUT FUCK.

Tell me,

I can't say this,

I can't write that,

I can't go there,

I can't do this or that?

I can't even find a

therapist all these

rules and regulations.

Can't even piss without

breaking some law.

Next they tell you when

to go to bed.

ALL WERE TRYING TO DO

IS KEEP THE PEACE.

Who's peace your peace not

my peace fuck you and your

peace.

There more people killing other

people than there's ever been

before.

Fuck you and your peace

shove it up your ass.

I'll make my own peace

yours ain't working,

And it's not just me

tired of the injustice

today.

I'm just one who's will to say

something not afraid of your

petty laws.

I'm certifiable crazy.

I'm just one voice not

afraid to say.

Fuck you BUSH goes for

KERRY to.

Fuck you CONGRESS.

Fuck you LAW MAKERS

of the land.

Fuck you LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I DEMANDING my FREEDOM back.

I'm going to do,

What I want,

When I want,

With who I want,

Where I want.

Go to bed,

When I want,

Take a piss,

Where I want,

Fuck when I want.

Keep taking my FREEDOMS

away.

See how long it takes for people

to take control of you and stand

up for FREEDOM again.

YOU KNOW WHAT JUST

FUCK ALL OF YOU.

Do you feel better now you got this off your chest? This sounded like some serious venting and fair enough, I suppose, too. I'm not an American so I can't really comment on the subject matter, but you expressed your feelings clearly which is good.
