Pretend things aren`t as bad as they seem
Picture you and her, rolling around in the green, green, grass of spring
Pray to the lord it was much more than a fling
Be thankful you once had everything
Try to remember the cuddling in November
The sweet, sweet, kisses in September
Walks in the rain
Trips to see her on that lonely train
Try to remember the sights you`ve seen
The places you`ve been
Time spent with her under the shaded tree
Knowing then there wasn`t any better place to be
The smell of flowers in her hair
The feeling of love in the air
Reach out to her
Don`t let your future end in despair
Remember laying under the rays of the sun
Forever knowing she was the one. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 112 [topic] => 2 [informant] => jamesstockdale [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )

Yeah remembering the good is the right thing to do, I/'/m sure. I generally do both, remember the good & bad. Then I tend to start just remember good. *sigh*

I always relate so well to these particular themes of yours.

Beautiful writing, Jimmy!!!

Thank you.
