Escape is our plan today. Destination, who can say.
Leave the cities crowded space. Lean the curves. Daring grace.

Up the fairing race designs, melding blacktop`s painted lines.
Wild earth perfumes sweeping by. Warmed by leather’s lullaby.

Free are we of time and walls. Open sky cathedral calls.
Below the hollow shadows show. Down the rabbit hole we go!
Canopy of green denies sunlight, warmth, and sounds inside
her tunneled cavern. It is said, that many come but few can thread.

Crescendo back to warmth and light. Flash chrome`s shivering delight.
Mirrors play live videos. From whence we came they bid me know.
Step aside. Freedom rides. Slip the line. Just you and I.

The Harley`s gone, my hair is grey. But I can watch my yesterdays,
anytime I look behind, in the mirrors of my mind. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 51 [topic] => 54 [informant] => softerware [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => happypoetry )
