I do the best I can
so deeply infected do not know
whats happening
to often
I think I am right
when I am wrong again
living is not easy
manic depression calls for it to all end

Intense senses caresses
triggered by
a touch to much
when I am in that state
I can only answer by saying huh or what

do not care what anyone thinks
just wanna do what I want
that is a lie I tell myself
so I can go to sleep
and
when I do not sleep
my mind cracks and starts to bleed
the flowers on my kitchen table
sigh as they weep

seems like I am the captive audience everyday
listening to things that cause dismay
just when I think
I can handle it
something new happens and I am blown to bits....

Love this, "when I do not sleep
my mind cracks and starts to bleed". Very vivid! Deep and dark.

Deep in a hole bleeding with emotion.
Trapped in lonely desperation. Going it alone.
You have poured deep despair over your readers.
We feel your pain and disdain reminding us that we are never safe from it ourselves. Great write!

Dude, your poetry rocks!

I especially love this:

// do not care what anyone thinks
just wanna do what I want
that is a lie I tell myself
so I can go to sleep
and
when I do not sleep
my mind cracks and starts to bleed
the flowers on my kitchen table
sigh as they weep/
/

Rock on and keep them coming.

Says this giant bag of mostly water.

Well done. I love your authentic writes and no holds barred style of sharing. It might be a roller coaster, but you aren’t on this ride alone.
Thanks for sharing your journey.
