Array ( [sid] => 186482 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => impotent rage [time] => 2019-08-18 21:59:08 [hometext] => my little sister was moved into hospice, pancreatic cancer/'/s final stage [bodytext] => i have loved you since we were borne
and now this life wills it all to be lost
what good is love if it is to be so torn
why does this life end with such a cost

suffering the dolts who claim it is gods will
and enduring the doctors simply guessing
keep your god who wants innocents to kill
worthless doctors make life itself distressing

wanting nothing but life and love for you
wishing you did not have to linger in pain
i have asked many and even tried praying, too
no answers given and my words echo in my brain

i really do not understand the religious spout
those claims of this and that sound so wrong
if god made man then why all this fuss and doubt
seems man made god to feel like we belong

what good are any of these silly schemes
if answers can not found in pills or prayer
the pills are just some rich man/'/s dreams
and your religion is simply talking to air

for you, dear sister, i will haunt and harass
someone surely knows what it must take
to give this horrid disease it/'/s final pass
to escape the darkness for life and love/'/s sake

in the dark, no one knows the tears
give me your eyes so i may see
in the silence of death, no one hears
give me your life so i may be

Very sad and pancreatic cancer is the absolute worst.
I think your poem says what we all feel and although it is a horrible situation your work speaks for all of us. Cancer brings out the worst in people and for good reason. Amazing expression here for the love of your sister.
