how social interactions are happening
I am always on the edge
but never falling
off balance dancing
wobbling as I am rambling

some times I am lost....
to much info to be dissecting,
the deeply infected come out of hiding
I read your every entry
I know your secrets now I can not sleep
the deeply infected come out of hiding
adrift
upon a landscape
where the emotionless creep
the infrastructure of the worlds all wrong
I fear the real meaning of life is just to deep
every ones talking no one is listening
she wants revenge now I am bleeding

I am a man who has no tomorrow
my heart and soul is hollow
been this way since
I had to deal with what happens after
a relationship descends into pain
and you live in the wreckage of the disaster

I saw your picture
now I can not think
your monster gave away
my unrehearsed agony
and now
the image of your eyes that never blink
will for ever continue to haunt me

I ramble on
lyrical landscapes reanimate...
read many written flows of poets on ypdc
I will never see their faces
but the words they convey
paint pictures of many places

I am out there
some where
but I am not lost...
just casually observing my situation,
scrambled words crammed in my head
need to be put together for conversation
it is no secret
that it has become my fixation

There is purpose and revelation in what you describe, and there is no need to apologize for it. I feel what you feel and understand the source of your angst. You did a super job here.....no need to denigrate a fine piece of writing.

Your poem speaks of this generation from the view of yesterday. But there is value in what was.
You have perspective; hard won opinions; and no need of drowning in the unanchored swirl that is modern communication.
You are the island, the lighthouse, the beacon, in a sea of over informed white noise.
Your skills show in your writing! For who could describe so clearly what thrives without form or substance?
You are correct: todays values are unearned, and the ship sails without a destination.

Take me back to the 80/'/s
The internet made the world full of should I say fool of pretenders and instant geniuses.

Why experiment when you can just lie.
In my field I see people regurgitate info I put out in the 70-80/'/s and pass it off as theirs.
Interlopers and link masters galore.

Awesome writing.
