My little Maggie May
Loves to play and play
The whole day away
Running in and out of the trees
On her knees barking at the birds and bees
Chasing away the butterflies
And all she sees
Little Maggie May
You`re the sun
Even on the darkest days
My little Maggie May
I pray you`re here to stay
And never go away
My little Maggie May

There is a real
feeling of joy in
this poem, one
where I feel a real
and joyful acceptance
in viewing another soul
and one where I feel the joyful
soul one connects with
is allowed to be joyful
I know as a parent
how joyful that means
and I know as a child
how joyful that means
as well.

When the most
important things
hold so much more
than what often times
is not discussed,
simply
being free and truly
being alive
and knowing that
someone cares
deeply enough about ones
joy than they do
about their own

Finding joy from another
A precious thing,

the middle Earth
the lord of the rings,
the tussle of hardened
cynicism, and yet, the joy

of the truest golden heart
that of true love, that
of true wisdom

I love this poem.

Peace!

I love this poem. Your words are a sonnet to a sweet pup. She has inspired the best within you; set fire to your heart; and brought you the best gift of all: devotion. You are truly blessed.

Anyone who says you can/'/t buy happiness never bought a puppy home. Congratulations James.
