you linger in parallels

I learn to let you stay

the permanence
chokes, unsayable

it's all repetition

we breathe and breathe and

soon enough,
I will.

- Wonderful work, very strong, and with a trueness about it.

Hmmm a goodbye, but perhaps not really an ending.
Letting go is not always an easy thing, so true of love and anger.
This is deeply felt.

Nora, you posted! :D

This reminds me of someone. This seems very real, Norry. Like you have shown a part of yourself here, right on the screen. I know how hard that is to do.

I like this.

It's nice to see you writing again hun,
*hugs*

This is good. I found myself thinking about why I am on this site and your name came to mind. I think this is one of those thinking poems that only the writer can truly understand.

this lacks a little of the depth of your poems tend to have... good, though. i'm such a fan.

this is one breathtaking poem. i love it all....i love how it lingers in my mind, and i love the way it reads, everything... i love how it seems so abstract, but at the same time it is very concise and descriptive....good job.

a scrapbook of verbal wounds. beauty.

"despite december,
you linger in parallels"

for some reason, that sparked strange and seemingly unrelated images inside me. the rest of the scrawl followed suit. probably why i like it.

It flows like an erratic heartbeat, but a heartbeat nonetheless. Beautiful in its spontaneity.
Take care,
David
