The new day begins
Softly echoing
Past sins

Instead of hopeful
Filled with what ifs
What did I do?
What caused the rifts?

Torn and tattered
No answers coming forth
Left to doubt again
My self worth

Instead of growing
Am slowly dying within
What did I do?
What was my sin?

Torn and tattered
Again here we go
Back to the lows
I so well know
