By My Tears

Contributed by blue_angel on Friday, 24th June 2005 @ 09:19:44 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

no one cares, no one understands
no one's there to hold my hand
i stand with my arms spread on the ledge
no one pulls me away from the edge
falling forward i close my eyes
then comes free fall from the skies
then, just like that, im now dead
you find me with a bullet in my head
see, you didnt care, so i didnt stop
you always had to be at the top
dark circles pasted around my closed eyes
proof of past nights when i stayed up and cried
now that im dead, your burden is gone
i know how quickly you will move on
so i do not hesitate tonight on the ledge
and by my own tears i will fall off the edge...
