No more time to sit and wait
No more time to contemplate
No more time to investigate
No more time to infiltrate
No more time to to change our fate
No more time to re-create
No more time to compensate
No more time we’re just too late
No more time to bring world peace
No more time to change our ways
No more time to fix the broken
No more time to sing our praise
No more time to stop our death
No more time to take a breath
No more time to show the way
No more time to save the day.
If we don’t stop polluting the earth there wont be an earth.

RIGHT ON. You said it man. We are killing our Mother every single day. It seems so very many human beings do not give a darn. It saddens me deeply. We as humans are so fake and greedy. Thanks for sharing this write. I thought the repetition of "no more time" was excellent, like a big booming voice of warning. Peace to you, Laura |

this is an issue i feel very paasionately about and this poem depicts it beautifully. the ignorance of humans is astounding sometimes and responsibility just doesn't seem a concept we understand. as a poem, u should keep the rhyme scheme consitant, as the first verse is much stronger, but never-the-less, a great write!
