[bodytext] => Silver rain creates a mist, that veils all the stars
Still she knows they're shimmering,he promises they are
To dream upon and lay the heart, find a heavenly home
And so she does in silence, without him,all alone

Unspoken words ride the wind,to breathe against her face
Caressing tiny crystal tears, and holding them in place
Brimming in her eyes they feel,as though a warmer grace
Nearing in the moonlight,a memory,a taste

A silhouette across the sky, takes her thoughts away
She sees him standing by the moon, closer than the day
Drifting in her sorrow, she holds her heart in hand
And offers once again, herself unto this man

Across the darkest blue, over the waters secret depths
She sends a velvet kiss,to fall upon his naked chest
On a canvas made of moonlight, she lays her body bare
She paints a portrait of their love, the lunacy they share

Unspoken words ride the wind,to breathe against her face
Caressing tiny crystal tears, and holding them in place
Brimming in her eyes they feel,as though a warmer grace
Nearing in the moonlight,a memory,a taste

A taste of all the colours, the hues and rainbow smiles
The music that they danced to,loving all the while
Hidden by the hours, that seem to snatch away their time
She misses all those moments, cheap motels, guitar and wine

You have a remarkable way with combining words, playing with them and making them supremely magnificient. I don't say that lightly.

It is my hope that you two will have a long, long, long time to explore.

If I could wish him better for you, know this--I would.

If love had the power to cure, I'm sure it would in this case.
I can only begin to imagine how you must feel.Live each day, love each day .
I was deeply moved by your words

I am very sorry to hear this. My husband died last year from a terminal illness. I did not think at first I would survive the loss. But I wrote and wrote and drove these poor people here crazy with my poems. I got angry and blamed God, then I had to finally go away and go deep in myself and find me again without him. It is hard, it takes time, but you will survive and life must go on. My husband had made me promise. So I am living for he and I until we are reunited again and enjoying my children and grandchildren and life itself. He is with me daily in my mind, my soul, my heart and my beloved memories. God bless you. You will survive.

Rita

A beautiful tribute to the man, and may his road rise up. You are both blessed, to know such love.

Hello again. I have a terminal illness myself which has
kept me from the computer for months. Right now I am
only given a few short months to live and am in painful
agony. Thats what prompted me to put my first write in months
on here yesterday, titled "IS HE DEAD?, as sort of an explanation
as to why I have been absent from the site for so long. I just
loved the emotions and love from your precious heart that
seems to pour out through your tears. I wonder if my wife of 36 years will have similar emotions when I'm gone. Great Job.
Rob
