[title] => The Lady Of Hillingdon

[bodytext] => I cursed the Lady of Hillingdon A beauty she held that ended up so cold Letters of passion and commitment she abandoned Decided a move so selfish and bold Sold my soul for the Lady It seemed so right with life's suttle approach I decided from that point And she wore my color upon her broach Things were so free then Smiles flowed from the warm core of my heart Nothing could bring me down from my cloud Nothing could tear my entire world apart The smoke rose from old ashes It seemed her soul had not yet been cleansed Cursed not only by the devil She brought me along, and the story begins She tainted them with her smiles Left my duties no more than unsaid If now I had the answer... I'd have chosen and would rather have been dead So cold were the corridors And I saw her eyes mixed with black from the end They scare me to this day, I tell you As deep in her gaze I seem to descend I clawed at myself to escape her The Lady took me along for an unforgiving ride I missed the most out of myself Ended up swallowing all of her pride The smoke was all upon her now And tears ran from my eyes to the ground I heard all of the past whispers She was beautiful and I wouldn't hear a sound The room was now empty Even my soul had taken it's turn I was left without the option of surrender She took no prisoners, she watched me burn Such a spoiled person inside her Reflections of the past inside her eyes The Lady of Hillingdon expected to ruin me But truly, holding close to my own, the Lady will be the one who dies She has forsaken all of our values She took the best for her own It's not that I'd try to take it from her But it's not yet that I would even condone Her behavior was immoral She sliced a line to the back of my throat I survived to tell the story And now the Lady withers alone.....
