Array ( [sid] => 98306 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Missing you Mom [time] => 2005-06-16 21:46:52 [hometext] => I wrote this poem about my Mother , I lost her at a very young age.(15). Never had the chance to sit and have coffee with her, or hold an adult conversation.I miss her very much!! [bodytext] => I wish I knew about my Mom
Then I would be oh so calm

I sit here thinking and wondering why
she was taken with no good-bys

I was very young when she passed
It all happened way to fast

There was no time for me to say
How much I love her for everyday

She is home in heavens hands
Watching and helping with Gods plans

I know this now that I am older
But I still need her loving shoulder

As time goes by each and every day
I want to tell her I want to say

Mom I love you with all my heart
I know now that will never be apart. [comments] => 5 [counter] => 195 [topic] => 32 [informant] => Sherah [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

Such an awesome tribute to your mom.
My mom passed away in 1979. I had more time with my mom than u with yours.
Your mom never leaves u as she's your guardian angel.
I'm so sorry you lost her so young. It's devastating even if you're older.
My mom feeds me much to write about.
Take care of yourself and keep writing as u know it helps.
luv, huggs, strength,
emy

Great poem!. I completely understand, my mom died when I was 13. I feel the exact same way as you. I wish I could have a real conversation with her, go out to dinner and talk woman to woman, I wish I had her during all my boy troubles all that stuff. Most of all though, I wish she was there for the birth of my son. That is what I wish the most. I am very sorry for your loss and if you need someone to talk to who can actually completely relate, I'm here.
