Of my mind,
Not much is certain anymore.
But you already know this,
I've already told you.
There are only a few things
Left that I'm certain about.
The most important of which
Is this:
I love you.
As I've told you,
That's all I really need to know.
But you don't know
All of it.
Yes, you're my best friend,
But at times,
I long to be more.
I want to hold you in my arms forever,
Sweep you off your feet,
Take you breath away with my love,
And steal your heart.
But the situation
Makes it nearly impossible.
But I can be happy
As long as we're friends,
Just because I love you,

Of my mind,
