High on the mountain,
where the sun comes from the east
is where you'll find me
leavin' this worrisome world and
trouble behind me,
baby if you ever want me, right here
brush your lips against my
cheeks yet another day,
high above the cliffs and the sea,
this ones not too hard to climb
love the mountain life, you and me
why up here in seclusion?
Rather hear nothingness,
beauty and nature's contribution,
winds blow freedoms high.
Now can make it through the days,
sweet love was hard to do without
yeah need the heights to keep me
from loosing my mind.
Sometimes I wish I were a vulture
flying high alone, cotton candy
clouds floating at my side
shattered hopes and broken screams
all I have to show for my life, it seems,
'tis a better way of living dreams
rising like a bird above the sea.

any woman compares herself to a vulture i have to be wary of, i mean a bloke would have to resemble decomposing carrion before she found him attractive, hey maybe i am in with a chance here, but no i'm not dead yet, only brain dead, at least thats my excuse, whats yours, loves ya
