My friendship is valuable.

Not just some title to be thrown around
Like boy or girl.

My friendship is valuable.

You don’t just call yourself my friend.

My friendship is valuable.

Not to be breached or besmirched.
Not to be played with or reversed.
Not to be boasted about or conversed.

My friendship is valuable.

It was broken and hurt.
You scum of the earth.
You were more than a friend,
Then you made me wish I were never birthed.
And you still call me your friend, no.

My friendship is valuable.

You breached my trust.
I wished you would die in a rush.
You made my soul weep
And return to my haven of sleep.
Friend?
I think not!
For…

My friendship is valuable.

Pierced it twice with a dart.
I lied and said it was all right.
How I tried with all my might.
Then you call me your friend
Oh how I wanted your life to end
For…

My friendship is valuable.

But all hatred aside
On this you can abide
I will put our “friendship” on the shelf to lie
And let the part of my life with you in it die
For…

My friendship is valuable.

But I’ll have to forgive
And go on and live.
But don’t come around saying
You want this to amend
And don’t ever call me your friend.
And remember you made it end
For…

My friendship is valuable.

friendship IS valueable...but it seems at times that no one realizes that...and they take you for granted...i know just how you feel
