Honey, it is Snowing

Contributed by Jayraja on Friday, 3rd January 2003 @ 08:20:00 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Honey, out there it is snowing
White flakes gently falling
Covering the mother earth
Softly, so as not to hurt
Cold, crisp wind blows
Cutting through like a knife

Honey, in here it is warm
Like our hearts, so calm
The roads are covered deep
With the snow frosted a heap
Not the time for going places
But good for sitting idle and ease

Honey, do you see the scenery
Through the glass windows
The brown and green world
Has suddenly turned white
Glowing so very bright
Like your tender heart

Honey, do you see them twin mountains
And the twin peaks jutting out
The lush green valley turned white
All of them remind me of you, honey
And I can't just sit here idle, no Baby
You know what I wanna do, honey

Yeah, you know what, honey
And I see you are ready
Okay honey, I am off to bed
For a day of passions' deed
With you in my arms, honey
Warm and cosy, Baby Doll
And honey, it is curtains to all
