Every time you are feeling blue,
I would cheer you up with an I love you,
So never worry if your in a bind,

I protect you from the rain,
Shelter you from the pain,
I am your friend until the end of time,
Because no matter what, I'm two steps behind.

I'm never hard to find,
Close your eyes I'm two steps behind,
I walk in the shadows so no one else can see,
I'm there for you whenever you need me,

I'm there to catch you whenever you fall,
