the grass is much greener
so i started running
but never did i find the end

heaven is always somewhere else
and hell is always were i stand
happiness seems to elude me
but pain is always at hand

if life is about losing control
Of everything you know
And just letting go

then im about losing myself
and finding nothing in return
running till my life is ending
giving up on life without concern

beyond my search for love
beyond my search for life
beyond my search i seek

i looked for perfection
but dreams are hard to find
i looked for a life worth living
to bad im stuck with mine

Strong finish---good job! This write was strung together pretty well for "not your best."
lol. I like the line; "Heaven is always somewhere else, and Hell is always where I stand..."

For a not "mu best" poem this certainly was good. I loved the honesty and purity of this write.

You get high marks from me. Thanks for posting and sharing this with us.
