Dude, I miss you.
For the past 5 years I havn't known what to do.
Why did you leave me here alone?
To fend off the demons in the bitter cold?
To the devil you have sold.

Sold your soul, to the pain to leave.
did you think there was no hope to believe?
I sat back blind,
Not searching, not knowing there was something for me to find.

How could I have not seen the pain you kept inside?
From me, You did so cleverly hide.

We always had fun.
remember the last day?
How we swam out in the hot sun?

I'm sorry Jason I tried to stay that night,
But in grade 5, i gave in to Dad,
I said Id go home, see you tomorrow alright?

But after that day, your name brought tears.
Jason I want you to know that I'm here.
I was then too, Just a little immature.
Too yound for sure.

you made me who I am today,
I would be caring, loving, sensitive.
I'd be a prep, and thats not ok.

I love, but I hate you.
I'm so confused, I dont know what to do.
Please come back to me
Because I miss how it used to be.

This was a very sad and very emotional poem. I could feel ur pain as i read it, this was an extremely great write. I kno u miss ur cousin, but no one is truly dead as long as they are kept alive in ur memories, so pray, and remember him and he'll never truly be gone

so sorry you had to hurt like this...i can relate, in ways.

'I love, but I hate you.
I'm so confused, I dont know what to do.
Please come back to me
Because I miss how it used to be.'

i know that feeling. i'm sorry you feel it. it's a wonderful poem. keep your head high...you don't deserve to carry his pain x

Kate:
I’m so sorry to hear you speak of this pain but the write was good. You share your heart and pain with all of us through these words and for that I thank you. I lost a friend two days ago over here in Iraq. Sad to say he shot himself in the head and took his own life. It ripped my heart out because he was such a great guy and I never saw it coming. Like you I never knew it was coming tell he was gone. I feel your pain and I’m sorry my friend. You can read my poem Roses of Pain. I wrote this about the pain of losing someone the night it happened. Life is hard over here and it will change my life forever. Take care and keep up the writes and release your soul….Steve
