Broke my heart
Fractured apart
Pieces scattered
My love shattered
Cold words spoken
Left my mouth open
Sharp intake of breath
Heart trampled to death
She left me hugging pillows
I identify with weeping willows
Would someone give me peace
Blow my brains out dear please
But no sound as I grit my teeth
And now I deal with all my guilt
All her thorny red roses wilt
My heart begins to get up
Heartache just letting up
No more typhoon wave
No more a cold grave
Stalwart differences
Putting up fences
Now you're gone
I move on
