When We First Me!

Contributed by poet70 on Sunday, 29th May 2005 @ 08:25:01 PM in AEST
Topic: ChristianPoetry

I remember when we first met.
It was a wonderful, powerful moment. Like Nothing I had ever experienced before in my life, am sure I will never ever again either. I was madly in love with you right off the spot, love unlike I had ever felt before, it was from out of this world.

Kneeling down before my bed on bended knees, hands tightly folded, alone, with a heavy, sinful, guilty, unclean heart, I cried out to you with tears flowing down my soft worm cheeks. I cried unto you Lord that moment the sinners prayers, and how you heard me, and took me at that moment on and held me, and have never let me go.

I now ask again your forgiveness for I have seemed to fallen away from the worm inviting friendship, loving arms, caring relationship I once had with you, that once meant SO much to me, ONCE meant the world to me. I have swayed from the Holy path, and am blinded by the lies of this world, lies of the evil one and need your Holy guidance once more Jesus to regain the passion I once had, if it is not to late. I don’t feel I deserve to have this chance, But I ask through your loving grace, and forgiving blood, to give me this chance. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Thank you God, for I feel you heard and have answered me.

he has, i know he has. good work, by the way. and don't expect God to work a certain way, cuz, he can work in a totally different way that will end up being better for you. my pastor told me an ex. b-4. i'm glad you're calling God back. i need him, too, but.... well, it's kinda hard for me right now. hope it all works out and keep up the good work!
