Innocence lost
Tears mixed in with blood
As holiness is taken
And used
Violation now
I am the abused

A merciless act
While the stench still hangs
I am so unclean
And unforgivable
For the ungodly I have seen

Disowned daughter
Left upon the streets
Ripping open my garments
Tearing away my soul
Whilst crying out I lament

Lying naked
Upon the dirty gutter
Burned into my mind all the regret
His raging eyes
His fury
A memory I will never forget

Grotesque being I am
Destruction of purity

As any respect do maim
Heart continues to accuse

*******
There’s nothing worse than SHAME…

powerfull, very touching write, the last bit...."There’s nothing worse than SHAME" is awsome it just gives this the extra bit to make it a one in a million poem.

Very good emotional and personal write...but never be ashamed of who you are, you'll come across enough people in life that'll try to kick you down, don't let yourself be one of them. Take Care, Scorp.
