She’s got her friends,
But they don’t fit the title.
She dreams of a boy
Who will make her feel real.
She tries not to break,
But she’s ever so fragile.

She won’t get her hopes up,
Her dreams always die.
She tries so hard to hide it
As she cries, as she cries.
She fights the loneliness,
But hope is a lie.
Remember to feel real.
As she dies, as she dies.

A shattered outlook
Embedded in her mind
Of the life she has to get through
She just wants to know why
And when things will get better
‘Cause hope is so hard to find.

When She Realizes She's Alone

She’s got her friends,
But they don’t fit the title.
She dreams of a boy

Welcome to YPDC, I do hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.
this is a very good song (not that I have read much of them ... but.) it feels like it needs a little work on its idea I think you need to incoperat the title of the song in to the lyrics (just my thought) I cant get a solid feel for the rythem but its there it shows in the flow of the verses. again I did like this it was very good. read you later.
