I guess it's because i miss the bed bugs that bite.
I ran my fingers over my wall
The chips are still missing from when I took my fall.
I took out mom's old red dress again
But Dad took it from me and hid it in the den.

I miss Mom so much, everyday
I remember the front yard where we would go out and lay.
Her smile still stays in my heart
but soon the Visionary will fall apart.

Mom, your spirit's leaving me
in a fast rushing flee
stay here with me and let the spirit world be!

I saw Mom's face in the clouds again today...
right by the gun, that took her away.

A very good and emotional write and I fear the day I have to face this pain. The pain here in Iraq could never be close to the pain you have felt. You write very well and it was much enjoyed. You show your true emotions so well and I look forward to more. Take care and my thoughts and prayers go out to you always….Steve

Very sad poem. But in time you really need to let her death go. I know what it is like to have lost a parent actually two but not in this sense, my parents are still living but to me they are dead like i am dead to them. i cry sometimes becuz i miss them, the ones they used to be when it was only them and me. I am sorry you have lost your mom. i liked this poem...

*hugs*

This is a poetically tragic write, and I am so sorry to hear you lost your Mom....This is so sad. Hold tight to her memory and she'll always be in your heart my dear.....*hugs*
