A year and a half I've been like this,

You're growing out of me, I can feel it
You're moving on to bigger things,leaving me only in you memory
Almost seventeen, already over me
Feeling like this sucks, I'm holding on to something that doesn't love me anymore
I tell you how much you've changed, but maybe it'z just me
You're just scared to know the person I can be
All i want is to make you feel, the amazing hold you have on me
I just would like you to see and understand
How much I care for you
And most of all the love I'll give back
Never again, like last time
Will i shatter your life and brake your soul
But forever i will be in love with you
Till death do us part....

I just want a way to stop the pain

oh man, i'm so glad i read this poem... needless to say i know exactly how you feel... and i love how the poem starts all sweet and then turns to sort of an obsession... i applaud you on this write, its great in a lot of ways, one of the favorites i've read here since i joined.... I liked the second line... it describes who much more willing you are to save the feelings of the person in question rather than ending the pain that person gave you.... and the title and last line were perfect for setting the eerie mood i got from the poem... keep up the good work
