i look in to the past and i open the door
reliving lost memories relosing lost trust
watching u gaze with a smirk full of lust
i miss it when you would hold me near
i miss it when you would kiss my ear
i miss u saying that it will be ok
and getting me through each and every day
i would look into ur soft blue eyes
and it would lift my stomache to the skies
not a day goes by that i dont wonder why
how could u play me like that how could u lie
please answer that for me why
after all weve been through after all that weve shared
please tell me there were moments when you actually cared u would get into my mind and i would start to unwind i would hear your vioce and go weak in the knees you soft gentle touch put me at ease i gave you my heart and you tore it apart you left me here to die and ill always wonder why why it had to be me why i couldnt see that i loved you but you didnt love me

I really like this poem...the rhyme scheme is good, until the end where it gets confusing...I can totally relate to the poem right now and I understand what your going through...keep up the good writing

i'm not a big fan of rhyming poems so i like the tear in the end. eh, it's an ok write, alittle middle school boyfriend/girlfriend relationship and alittle mature, it's ok. but like i said, i like the end
