Pain from Love

Contributed by sride686 on Friday, 13th May 2005 @ 05:14:46 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Do my words run deep and touch your soul
Do you feel these words from a heart turned cold
With ice it broke from the words you spoke
You sad you loved me was our love a joke

Do you want me to stay or you want me to go
You want my body but do you want my soul
For I feel all you have is a lust for me
and it rips me apart because your all I need

My eyes turn red and fill with pain
As I began to cry and I go insane
Your all I dreamed and your all I need
So why do you hurt me and make me bleed

Have you ever felt the way I feel girl
You make me cut my wrists to know its real
As I feel the pain run down my hands
Do you feel and see what you’ve done to this man

Now you’ve hurt me so much that I must go
You can have your life and I’ll have my own
For theirs more to life then you and me
So I’m going to leave and set myself free

It 's nice like the part :You want my body but do you want my soul ..Make you wonder if you
want the hole person or just body or the soul.

Steve this is a sad and heart breaking write. You've written exactly how I feel at the moment. An outstanding remarkable and deeply expressed poem. Alot of emotion in this one and the pain is just excruciating.
U had a writers block, my friend, I didn't even notice. Ur writing is so unique. You're a talented poet who has the incredible ability to be able to express himself well through his work. Keep up the brillant work. Your poetry always touches my heart my dear friend.
*hugs*

Love can be the greatest con artist of all, and as they say, never try and con a con artist, but men and women see love differently so with odds like that, you have a better chance on a
lame horse at the track . . .
