of living, but doubting is this life a faded belief?
if i ran forever and never came to see an illuminated statue of the things that should be
but only darkness situates the way i've lived for eternity
as all thats great must fall
and all this for nothing more but a closed door built of innanimate lies of mankind
if i seek paradise and riches made of fire
i'd close my eyes and wither knowing life is for the honor
but if i were to find the truth behind the stained glass window
free falling would no longer be so intense
landing is what pains the fallen
and life is all thats left for hatred
simple minds emply that only living is what existance brings about
but fading into darkness brings to mind the tragedies of broken hearts and shattered souls
souls to fly should wither under pressure
although souls should be kept close in lifes tides
once released the tie between myself and you may fade
leaving me with only memories of what life should mean
singing in my heart a melody of lonely faults
and thoughts of my imperfections bring to surface all of my simple theories
if falling is a mentor of death
then bring me to rest beneath this insanity of existance
and never let me feel the pain of living
