I need a hug,
but there is no one here to give me one.
With tears falling down my face and onto my shirt,
I wish for some one to just hold me and let me unleash my problems onto.
But once again there is no one.
Some one with comforting hands to wipe the tears from my face,
some one with nestling arms to hold me with while I cry.
A person who is full of happiness and fun,
a person whose face shows only happiness when he looks at me.
Tears continue to slowly roll down my cheeks,
but as time goes on,they slwoly fade.
My face now dry,I continue to dream about the one that i wish to hold me,
and give me my oh so needed hug.
Although I continue to dream about this truely...
All I need is a shoulder to cry on and a hug.

I want a hug
I need a hug,
but there is no one here to give me one.

awwwwwww hun this is heartbreaking you almost have me crying here your heart pours onto this page. I wish you werent hurting so

Only your second post, your a newby too, I just joined a couple of nights ago, it is an awsome site, loved the poem, your sure was able to get your emotions out in the poems for us readers to feel, hope you feeling better. keep up the writing, and yes we will comment, as you will also comment on others, it is all part of being on this site, welcome, and good luck, and enjoy, I know I have been. once again good poem.

my dear, this is a lovely poem! i loved it, and i too need someone to cry to. but then again i am the kind to hold that person as they cry. best wishes and here's your hug! May you soon experience happier days :)

Tragic. It can be so hard when no one is there to listen and to comfort, to smile and to care. Although it may be small comfort, you will find caring souls here at YPDC. Some of the best people on the planet can be found on the screen with the baby blue background. Like the others, I will gladly send you a hug. A warm blanket and cocoa will follow just as soon as I find a way to send.

Welcome to YPDC (sorry that is a little late, but...) I do hope that you will have as much fun in being here as we did having you.
trust me there are more people here that know what you are going through that havent commented on this poem, and all would gladly be there for you to cry on, I am sorry that yiu had to go through this pain and I do hope that you are feeling better (I will send a hug to you in my prayers that you will feel better.) this is a very good poem that should be read by all we all need to know what its like for the other person to feel this way. hope to read more from you.
