a decanter for the answer?
a glass contains the secrets past?
perhaps the answer's found in smash.
for what else is known at very last,
if not the sum of that amassed? [bodytext] => With flowing robes,
And slowing hopes,
Deep into ice warm fingers grope.
The master faster grasps for last lore,
And his studies leave him bloodied,
And his lab is left in disarray,
And where things lay is where they stay,
A servant no more,
The savant implores,
Of meaning without meaning,
And truth beyond truth’s core.

“He’s gone quite mad,
It’s really sad.”
Says the crowd across the town,
The master’s plaster face is frown,
Where once was grace of smile found,
He stoops low now without a sound,
Only quiz is heard his uttering,
Of rhymes he stays on muttering,
And laughter long into the night,
Bathed in the eerie full moons light,
Where surely insane fruit grows ripe.

Oh ! necronomy you are wonderfull. The heat generated by the blaze of surrealistc flames through your poem is amaging. I know how a master who grasps the past lore
is left some times bloodied and how the mad world calls him insane. It is a unique poem. Thanks a lot I enjoyed this one... Venkat
