That comprise the micro and macro layers of earthly living
For the space in the universe, Sky acts as a filament
And this space gives the identity for each human being

Wind is the second element whose presence can be felt
Helps to carry tons of loads in vehicles, to prove its eminence
For Healthy living that comes with pranic healing, it acts as a belt
Without this there`s no life, that proves its prominence

The third element is the fire, that even has an appearance
Vision has its essence only because of any form of light
Its absence would have left the world into a state of trance
Without this human life has no use, even with their eye-sight

Water is the fourth element that adds to life, the aspect of taste
Enables all forms of life to flourish and cherish in their present state
Rain, river and sea are the source, but for use it should be chaste
But to acquire and protect this resource, there has been a large debate

The last element of nature is the soil that has the aspect of smell
In its journey the ship finds its safety only on reaching the shore
Be it rich or poor, human or mammal, land is a place to dwell
All these are present in ourselves, and to know this we need not be men of lore

'we need not be men of lore', killer line. Really.
