im not going to lecture you on how cutting yourself is bad but i want you to know there are better solutions to ease your pain if you need to talk everyone is here for u.k.

I totally understand what you are going through. I once did start to cut myself mainly because it released all my mental pain as when I cut it hurt physically so you then begin to concentrate on the physical pain rather than the mental pain which can be much more damaging to you as a person. I am not going to lecture you about your self harming problem but if you ever need to speak about it do not hesitate to PM me or add me on my msn address which is cutebutkinkylildevil@hotmail.com. If not please take care of yourself and take these words from me life can be so torturing at times but value every hour, every minute and every second of the good times you experience in life.
