She'll buy the gun, the pills, the knife But in the end she wont sacrifice She'll cut, she'll steal, she'll wish all were dead But in the end, sorrow remains in her head She'll try to heal and reminisce over old scars But in the end she's not a star She never shone, she'll never shine Because I keep that little girl Locked in this pocket Heart of mine

Hey, hey. That was an amazing write! It flowed with such ease as to slide off the tongue, my hat is off to you. It was very dark and sad, with an especially strong ending. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work. |
