A hue of beauty
A color adorn

Only perfect peace surrounds
As alone it grows
From the rotted ground

Each thorn adding to it's beauty
As the sharp tips emit
The picture that could'nt be drawn more perfectly

The petals form such an unblimished shape
Created by each piece
That could never be raped
. . .
The petals fall to the marred earth
Leaving the land bland
Just as it was before it's birth
. . .
The wind picks up and brews a storm
Raptures and recaptures
The beauty now reborn

As the rose regrows
. . .

Good work. The theme is very poetic, and executed with grace. Keep it up.

Exceptional style - you are truly a natural poet. Spelled unblemished wrong... Couldn't help but think that the word raped didn't fit.. All in all good work... Ready to see more good stuff from you!

=]. ::applauds:: what an ending. lol, just blow me away why dont you clark? =] the ending is not the only part i loved though. of course the rest of the poem is good also, why wouldnt it be? you wrote it. i must agree that when i first read the line with rape in it i didnt quite expect that to be there. this reminds me of the post that you were working on that you couldnt get right, is this the final copy of it?

Hey 'gain Clark...

This is beautiful in its own slightly chilling way, you have a true talent with words y'know...

As usual, awesome, what else can I say? The ending seemed almost fitting, from what I know of you....

Great piece, write on! (and bear with me while i try to keep up :p)
