My head on satin pillows.
Your hair is like the branches of weeping willows
Lightly brushing against my face
With your arms locking me in your warm, loving, tender embrace.
Soft, succulent flesh pressing down on me naked and bare;
Lips, rosy and red, kissing my neck, a feeling O so rare!
The wind is still; the clouds are stripped away and the stars shining from the sky
In our window added to the soft, romantic glow
Of candles glinting off of your skin and out of your eye
As we become one and our bodies begin to flow
In one smooth, rhythmic motion
Has led me to the notion
That every night hereafter I will return within
For my little taste of heaven.
But what I love to do most, after our night of passion
Is fall asleep with you this way
To await the coming of the next beautiful day. [comments] => 6 [counter] => 206 [topic] => 2 [informant] => Zeldianus [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LovePoetry )
