how could it end
so many I love you's
for a heart to mend

you said it was everything
you meant the world to me
4 1/2 years of perfection
now at an end, making my heart bleed

how could this happen
i can't forget tomorrow
we had so many dreams
now nothing to show

I kept the roses
I kept the kiss
cupid shot
but how could he miss

The tears cascade slowly
down my face so much more
as all the dead roses
fall to the floor.... [comments] => 7 [counter] => 204 [topic] => 22 [informant] => all_the_dead_roses [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
