pain won't be denied..convinced with hope
destiny a dream..nievely upheld with faith
look closer in the dark room..a spark in the corner
outline of you..holding a flower
blury and heartfelt..close your eyes to adjust
so much to be seen..breathless to take in
lights turn on without hesitation..image disappears
i fall to my knees..stare up at the ceiling
thought you were real
..a bed of cold breezes..kept warm by a night..
i smile because i can..and close my eyes to escape
open them with reluctance..a world without you
..rose petals slowly wilt..
sun, water and love
i am.
..beauty of a perfect morning..
to blossom nature's heart..boasting of patience
dew covered cheeks stain..make the scent last longer
...and the roots grow stronger... [comments] => 6 [counter] => 171 [topic] => 33 [informant] => CJo [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SecretLove )
