Dont tell me no more lies.
Dont tell me goodbye.
Dont keep me nomore to your ties.
Im tired of your cries.
When you tell me you are leaving me for another
Then dont tell me that I am unwised.
And dont tell me that you are Streetwise.
When you tell me that you love to wait for the sunset before you leave me.
Then I tell you its all lies .. And you tell me that you want to die.
Then I tell you to go get me those supplies.
And you tell me leastwise.
You told me that you are tired of the ties that hold us together.
Then I ask you why?
And All you can tell me is goodbye!

| It's not only lies, sometimes it's the things they *don't* tell you. This is a powerful emotional write, but... it looks like you left a compliment on your own poem? Keep writing, anyhow. |
