[hometext] => This is for my friend Christina Lowman...I can't even begin to express how much of an inspiration she is to me, i just hope i have her strength, courage, and wisdom to deal with this pain when i have to face this reality...It's certainly been hard this year for me knowing my mom has so many health problems and knowing i will have to face this one day...I thank you for the inspirational strength you give to me through your poetry my friend...

That for your home i'll surely pray
Im not big on religion as you see
But my friend you are an inspiration to me
I know heartache has surrounded your soul
At this time of the year when you miss her so
She's your guardian angel watching over you
So please don't cry and don't be blue
Your dad he knows you love him so much
And your kids they give that special touch
Other family, they may not come around alot
But you always move forward, you never stop
I know one day i'll face this to
I just wanted you to know, i look up to you
When that day comes and she goes to the stars
I just hope that im half the woman you are
I hope down i wont fall, i hope in pieces i won't break
Just thinking about this all makes me shake
Your words have inspired me to beleive i'll be ok
When that final day for my mom comes to stay
If you should cry, and if you should weep
Just know i'm your friend, you can trust in me
You've given me much to think about in life
I just hope that i too, will be alright
So yea this poem it might be real sad and all
I just wanted to say, your my inspiration most of all
I hope in life i can carry myself like you
It's clear in my eyes, why your dad chose you...

| Oreo !...I read christina's poem on her mother who went to stars. you are anticipating a day which you can't escape. it will be my turn.You know my father is 91 and my mother 83 suffering with many health problems.They love me like their darling treasure.pious they are divine couple i worship them.what if any thing happens either to me or to them.can't imagine a future tragedy. I like this poem. its good that you are half the woman. yea I can hear your heart beat.A wonderful poem with full of tender excellent human feelings .Thanks a lot I can feel You are a gem at heart. |

Oreo, this is a very touching poem!! I'm sure Lowman appreciates it a great deal. I know the pain of losing your parents...somehow, it never completely goes away... Hang tight..

Wow OreO this was truly touching. I don't even know how to properly reply to this. I mean usually I have alot to say but now after reading this I'm truly dumbfounded. However I can say that I'm glad I read it. I guess you could say it inspires me to accept things in a whole new perspective. Like a chain letter that never was meant to be I hope that people who read this carry something away with them after they're done. Thank you for the write.

| That is a very sweet poem. To find words like this, don't you think you all ready there? Heartfelt wishes for your mom....i just went through same thing with my dad....i know your pain, be strong and keep going. you obviously have lots of support--so lean if you need to. |
